 How do committees meet?
All committees meet via conference call, since members call in from all over the state. The Executive Director polls the committee members to determine the best available time, an agenda is sent through e-mail, and the Chair of the committee facilitates the call. The Executive Director takes and sends minutes via e-mail. Some committees meet monthly, although most meet quarterly. Meetings usually last between an hour and 1 ½ hours. To learn more about the available committees or to sign up for a committee, please visit the Committees section.
